- To Subscribe: Send a text message to 517-201-1949 that says: start alert ______ (your first name only where the space is)
- To Unsubscribe: Send a text message to 517-201-1949 that says: stop alert ______ (your first name only where the space is)
- The system will send back a message that you have been subscribed/unsubscribed.
